Our Staff

Our Staff

Our extraordinary staff members are selected for their commitment to the authentic application of Montessori educational philosophy, as well as their education, talent and broad range of life experiences.  We are proud to introduce our community of well-qualified and inspirational staff members.  Our strong teacher-student relationships our at the heart of our ability to help each child joyfully develop his or her own unique potential.

AMI (Association Montessori Internationale) was formed by Dr. Maria Montessori, in 1929, to preserve the integrity of the method. It is the oldest recognized authority on Montessori education worldwide. Therefore, we endeavor to staff every classroom with an AMI lead teacher, as well as at least one Spanish – speaking assistant. Staff members have been recruited from various parts of the United States and we provide professional development and training opportunities to support this.

Interestingly enough, our staff members recently participated in the Clifton Strengthfinder Program, and the top five strengths found amongst them are: a sense of curiosity, a sense of community spirit, empathy, the ability to see the potential in others, and a love of learning.  What great qualities to have in the role models of our children!
