Elementary Spanish Assistant

Ms. Chris is the Elementary Learning Specialist. She has worked individually with Little Flower students since 2016 supporting them in language arts and math. Chris graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Elementary Education. She has been an educator for more than forty years; teaching at Broward County Schools, American Heritage School, Pompano Beach Preschool and Christ Church School. Her most recent position was serving, for eleven years, as the Curriculum Coordinator at CCS. Chris has continued her education with extensive training in sensory-cognitive processes through Linda Mood Bell and Orton-Gillingham, child development through the Gesell Institute at Yale University, as well as receiving a Master’s level Gifted Education Endorsement to her Florida teaching certification. Chris is passionate about the whole child; seeing them grow intellectually, emotionally, spiritually, and physically to their full potential and becoming life-long learners.
