Ms. Lisa Cassanelli

Lower Elementary Guide,  Co-Owner

Ms. Lisa, co-owner of Little Flower, leads our Lower Elementary class of six to nine year olds, and has been with Little Flower Montessori School since 2000. Before joining Little Flower, she taught for six years in the Montessori school she attended as a child, just outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She got her Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Pennsylvania, and went on to get her AMI training at the 6 to 12 level in Bergamo, Italy in 1994. In 1997, Lisa received her Masters of Education from Cleveland State University. Lisa holds a Director’s Credential, and she has additional trainings in AMI Special Needs, Bal-A-Vis-X, Orton Gillingham and is certified with Kidding Around Yoga to teach yoga and mindfulness to children.
